Reviews:
-
The wide scope of the collection provides broad education about the biological, psychological, and social implications of this illness....There are also testimonials from recovered addicts, which offer an intimate perspective on the challenges posed by methamphetamine addiction....The Methamphetamine Crisis: Strategies to Save Addicts, Families, and Communities is more about the system and culture that consumes and produces methamphetamine and how methamphetamine devastates communities....As such, the book is overall a rich source of information and practical advice for field workers.
