Reviews:
-"The set will still find a good home in large public and academic libraries. . ." —ARBA
-"Featuring 150 entries on entertaining from well-qualified experts, this encyclopedia has an international focus. The editors have pulled together a great deal of information for this set. It fills a void for books that are available under the Library of Congress classifications Entertaining--History--Encyclopedias, and Cookery, International--History--Encyclopedias. Recommended. General readers and two-year technical program students." —CHOICE
