About the Author: T.W. Lee is Associate Professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Arizona State University. He has worked on research funded by the United States Army, Air Force, Department of Energy, National Science Foundation, and Orbital Sciences Corporation. He has also authored over eighty technical papers.
