Reviews:
  • The content on this Web site is taken largely from Greenwood Press' Daily Life print series with additional content. The interface is easy-to-navigate with several browsing access points....If the print titles are a core in your program, this electronic version may be very useful for allowing multiple simultaneous users and remote access. The interface is clean and logical, making it clear to both students and teachers what search strategies have been tried. This interface would make this an excellent source for explaining database searching techniques with students. Recommended.

It's definitely a favorite among classroom teachers and students. And because this database has such potential within many curriculum areas while providing unique resources for a wide range of students, Daily Life America deserves serious consideration.
