About the Author: Dr. Kay Bishop is an Associate Professor and Director of the School Media Program in the Department of Library and Information Studies at the University at Buffalo. She holds a BA degree from Florida State University, an MA from the University of South Florida, a Med from Washington State University, and a PhD from Florida State University.
