Khalid R. Al-Rodhan KHALID R. AL-RODHAN is a Visiting Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington DC. He is a strategic analyst in Gulf military, economic, and energy affairs. He is the coauthor of several books with Dr. Anthony H.
