Nicolás Kanellos NICOLÁS KANELLOS is Brown Foundation Professor of Hispanic Studies at the University of Houston and the founding publisher of both The Americas Review and Arte Público Press. Professor Kanellos is also the director of a major national research program, Recovering the U.S. Hispanic Literary Heritage Project.
