Jon E. Roeckelein JON E. ROECKELEIN is a Professor of Psychology at Meas Community College in Arizona. He has taught and conducted psychological research for more than 30 years, including research on intelligence systems for the U.S. Army/Department of Defense at the Resources Research Office and Army Research Institute.
