Thomas B. Roberts THOMAS B. ROBERTS is Professor Emeritus of Educational Psychology in the Department of Leadership, Educational Psychology and Foundations at Northern Illinois University. He is a Founding Member of MAPS, the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies. As part of his retirement activities, he spent the fall of 2006 as a Visiting Scientist at the Johns Hopkins University Department of Psychiatry and Human Sciences' Behavioral Biology Research Center, chairing a weekly staff development discussion about psychedelics. He has taught Foundations of Psychedelic Studies, now an Honors Program Seminar, at NIU since 1982. Roberts' Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Psychology is from Stanford University.
