Steven H. Steinglass STEVEN. H. STEINGLASS is Professor of Law and Dean at Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he has served as Dean since 1996. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from the Columbia Law School. He has written law review articles and book chapters about state courts and federal civil rights litigation as well as a two-volume treatise, Section 1983 Litigation in State Courts (West Group).
