Under the guidance of series editor James Robert Parish, author and film historian, this extensive reference series covers a wide range of film, television, theater, and radio personalities--primarily actors and actresses but also including writers, directors, and production personnel. Each volume is designed to document the multifaceted career of its subject, with sections of biography, filmography, videography, stage productions, discography, and bibliography, as appropriate, and with a variety of other features such as photographs, interview materials. In addition to the many published volumes, forthcoming titles will feature Vivien Leigh, Robert Mitchum, Joseph Papp, James Stewart, Maureen Stapleton, and many others.
