Praeger Security International Guidelines

Praeger Security International welcomes your manuscript and book proposal submissions. Our list is representative of a wide range of subjects including international security, terrorism, foreign policy, regional security, and military affairs, including non-traditional security issues such as energy, public health, disaster response, human security, and business security. (Includes both reference and non-reference.)

If you have a book project that you think would be suitable for our publishing program, we would be delighted to receive a book proposal consisting of:

  1. Brief description of the project
  2. Table of contents
  3. Your curriculum vitae
  4. An indication of the potential audience for the book.
  5. Once we have considered your initial proposal, we may then ask you to submit additional material for review.

Praeger Security International is a nonfiction imprint, and each project under consideration for publication is subject to a combination of in-house and peer review as our editorial board deems appropriate.

PSI editors work in one or more subject areas. You may direct your inquiries to the editor responsible for the field that your project most closely fits.

Please forward your proposal to the appropriate PSI editor. Editorial contacts are listed here, by subject area. We look forward to hearing from you!
