Dr. Judy Kuriansky is a relationship expert who is a pioneer in sex research and therapy. She has championed openness about sex in all media, most notably as host of call-in radio shows for over 22 years, including the nationally syndicated LovePhones show. Now Series Editor for the Praeger series, Sex, Love and Psychology, she writes advice columns for the New York Daily News, the Singapore Straits Times and South China Morning Post; is quoted widely from the New York Times to Cosmopolitan Magazine. Dr. Judy, as she’s widely know, has been a guest on innumerable shows from Larry King Live to CNN’s ShowBiz Tonight, Court TV and Fox News’ The O’Reilly Factor, and recently her work on AIDS prevention in China was featured on CBS-TV’s Evening News. A Fellow of the American Psychological Association, she is an adjunct professor of Clinical Psychology at Columbia University Teacher’s College, an Advisory Board member for Planned Parenthood, and author of many journal articles as well as many books, including Generation Sex, The Complete Idiot’s Guide to a Dating, and The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Tantric Sex.
